Izakk Sinister is a scheming weasel. He's supposedly a priest-turned-evil who has gone out and collected two of the most sick and demented killers on the face of the earth to create a tag team with. Those two killers are Lunatic and Psycho, collectively known as the Bone Chillers. The fans have given him a nickname that he despises: "Chicken Little", due to his tendency to run like the wind when confronted by babyfaces. When the crowd starts chanting his nickname, he becomes furious, screaming at them to shut up and generally throwing a hissy fit.

Background:
Billy Freeman was never what you'd call a big guy. Even as a child, he was much smaller than the other children. This fact contributed to giving him an inferiority complex. He never felt like he mattered, especially as a child. By the time he was in high school, Billy had gained a bit of self esteem and tried his hand at several sports, including basketball and football. Both endeavors failed miserably.

Out of sheer desperation to find his niche, he tried his hand at track and field. It paid off for him, as he quickly became one of the top runners in his school's circuit. This proved to be the turning point in his life. Finally, Billy knew he could succeed at something.

This caused his self esteem to increase, leading to another activity: drama! Billy found that he had natural stage presence and could deliver his lines with conviction and realism. Soon, he was landing leading roles in just about every school play.

After high school, his friends dared him to enter a wrestling school. Not one to back away from a challenge, Billy did exactly that. While he didn't flounder, he didn't exactly thrive in wrestling school either. His size once again became a factor. It was difficult for him to perform certain moves even against other lightweights.

But the instructors didn't give up on Billy. They taught him how to sell moves, how to progress a match and how to pull off sneak attacks. They soon learned of his outstanding charisma and mic skills, which led them to the conclusion that he would make a fantastic manager.

And they were right! Few people can out-talk him and few people can run faster than him (a great skill for a cowardly manager type).
