Background:
Danny Front grew up in the hub of the Indy wrestling scene. His father took him to wrestling shows from the time he was a child. Danny always wanted to be a wrestler and during his teenage years would sneak backstage to find out what it was "really" all about. Sometimes he would get caught and smacked around a bit, but most times he was able to keep hidden long enough to learn a lot about the inner workings of the business. Danny started out as a wrestler back in the early 70s and worked for over a dozen promotions. He had a cocky attitude from the beginning, thinking that he was more knowledgeable than the rest of the rookies. For the most part, he was right, but that didn't stop him from getting a really bad rep. He moved from promotion to promotion for over 15 years and despite being able to work a crowd and carry nearly anyone to a great match, he never stayed long enough to hit it big. It wasn't until he joined the KWA that he got rid of his bad attitude, and that made all the difference. He started to hit his stride and at the peak of the biggest push of his life he broke his back after falling from the top of a steel cage onto the metal barrier. He was in a wheelchair for nearly 5 years before being able to walk again. Although wrestling was out of the question, the KWA hired him as a referee.
Danny tries really hard to teach young wrestlers what he's learned over the years. Though he longs to wrestle again, the doctors say even a moderate injury could send him back to being in a wheelchair. He feels constant pain in his back during matches, but fights through it to for the sake of the business.
